I told him what I think could be the issue from just using it myself which is the battery and the broken back screen so he can do whatever he wants with that info I gave him which may or may not help with diagnosing the issue. Once my subscription hits its second month( about 40$ total), i could file a claim and repair the controllers. I called them when it was time and they said to come in and get it done. When i came in, they conflictingly told me I could do it online. The process took over 2 hours because a "new guy" kept skipping me when I finished a claim. I told them to call me when the controllers were done since they had my number on file and they never did! I still do not have my controllers since they were useless unless fixed. Absolute scam and taking advantage of people looking for knowledgeable help. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
