I thought that my regular tires were pretty worn out and assumed that I would need a whole new set after I took off my "snowies". They said that my tires were in good condition and that I wouldn't need new ones right away. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that my tires were a mess so they could upsell me. They didn't do that. Clearly, this is an honest business with hard workers. The manager is very engaged and interested in making sure that customers are happy. I did not expect to have such a positive experience getting new tires. I will return in the future.

John is the owner and he will give it to you straight if something needs fixing or not. I've been taking my car, my wife's car, my two kids cars there for the past 25 years. They are so easy to talk to and when I have a problem with my cars, I either take my car to them (call them first because they have so much business) or have it towed by AAA (which has been done many times). I leave it, they check it out and when they find what the problem is, they call you to tell you and tell you the price. If you want it done, they will do it but they won't work on it until they get permission from you. I have a clear head when I take my cars to them. I don't worry about nothing. I bought a 1999 Honda Civic back in 2000 with 18,000 miles on it from John Lant who used to own the dealership there. After 297,000 miles, the guys could not do anything more for my car. Yes, it finally died with the original clutch in it. These guys don't work weekends. Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That is how good their business is. If you have a problem with your car, take it to Relia-Tech and put your mind at ease. They don't rip anyone off to make an extra buck. They don't work that way. They have been like this even before "social media" and we all know that it can make you or break you. Thank God they are only 10 minutes away from my house. Call them, you won't be sorry because they are really respectable, nice guys!

2 bad experiences in 3 total visits and I'm done with this clown shop. For something as simple as a…read morevehicle inspection they sure know how to demonstrate that they don't value a customer's time, money, or property. First visit they broke and lost a bunch of clips under the hood that hold the engine plastics in place. They only replaced the clips because I caught it and checked before I left. The second visit I was there for an inspection and they failed it for tint (legal tint btw 30%) that they passed the previous year with no problem. Apparently as soon as these idiots find 1 reason to fail your vehicle they STOP the inspection completely and you waste your time by expecting you to do multiple trips by addressing the problems they find. What kind of shop does that? Then the service advisor lied to me by saying they would put the inspection sticker on that day if I removed the tint in the parking lot because it passed otherwise. What actually happened is that same advisor hid in the back after making me pay for the inspection while the other dummy advisor said the car has to go through a complete re-inspection to pass so I'd have to come back again. I suggest you think twice about coming to this neanderthal filled shop and seek service elsewhere. There's a lot of good and honest shops that won't waste your time like these guys.
