I explained how unhappy I was with the last service and he scheduled me right away. To this point I am prepared to pay even though I was not happy. When he arrived he wanted to charge me as much for BARELY 2 areas what he had for 3 areas AND stairs! In my opinion as soon as he was contacted and found out the customer was not happy he should have offered to come redo it for free without me asking, especially since he knew he had been using an inferior pet deodorizer.

Patty offered great design input, while the Lakewood team efficiently installed the fireplace and even set the stone fireplace surround. The 6000CLX is a huge upgrade from our previous fireplace. We now have a truly all-season gas fireplace with a lot of flexibility. During the winter, the higher flame settings and built-in fan add a lot of needed warmth to the downstairs. In the spring and fall mornings and evenings, the lower flame settings add a warm ambiance. On summer evenings, the electric embers feature adds an nice accent without the heat. We ended up getting them hooked up ourselves, and when my husband called the lady answered the phone and said "what do you want". So literally the first thing I have to do when I get home is pick up dirty racks and then clean where the racks had been sitting. (You left your scrubber in there btw. But my 7 year old nephew could have dusted better and he's not even tall enough to reach the picture frames or book case. Walls weren't touched at all and neither was our one window. They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch and I have contacted the BBB

Unfortunately, after restarting my service after a break during the pandemic, there was a serious incident during my most recent cleaning that we were not able to resolve to my satisfaction. Since then we have had multiple communication issues. One time they showed up on a day that I didn't think we were scheduled and another day they failed to show on a day we were scheduled. It's a huge ordeal for us to prepare for their arrival. We have a newborn and a dog that needs to go to daycare. I'm not sure what's going on in the office but clearly they are overwhelmed.
