We coordinated by text, as she usually only has a group session if there are at least 2-3 participants. (My group session as a visitor was $20 for an hour). We met at a secluded beach in Waimea and only had to bring beach towels. She gave us useful tips on how to yoga without getting sand all over. What impressed me most was how Johanna offered variations and options throughout the session, making it accessible and enjoyable for people of different experience levels. There were both shaded and sunny spots available, allowing everyone to find their perfect place. The sound of the ocean provided a natural soundtrack, while the gentle morning breeze added to the sense of calm and grounding.
