They are usually able to fit us in within a couple days of calling for an appointment. They are professional & can work on target areas where you might be having pain or issues. I had the chance to stay on Maui for 3 weeks. Although I was managing fibromyalgia well I was holding a lot of stress in my neck and back with severe cramping occurring while swimming and I lost to snorkel. Even though there was a spa at the time share I stayed at I chose to purchase a packet of 5 massages. It was so cathartic, healing and relaxing. I was able to stay with the same practitioner, Jazmin throughout and I am so grateful. She had amazing technique and was so in tune with what I needed. She met my individual needs and checked in regularly to see they were being met. The atmosphere was relaxing through and through. I felt cared for by those who took care of the business side at the front desk to my masseuse. I highly recommend this establishment if you live on island or if you are visiting. It truly is a gem. Easy to book, they send you a reminder, and there is parking beside the Farmers Store to the left. They also offer kamaiiana rates which make it more affordable for locals, and some great deals and packages for everyone. Go early so you can fill in their form for the masseuse to check on which areas to focus on. Ernesto read my atrocious handwriting and asked me about my problematic areas and got to work. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and how everything connects, or doesn't connect in my case. He gave me not only a massage but tried to realign my hip and spine too. He has strong hands and it is a deep massage, but no pain no gain! He also asked me to guide him by commenting on pain levels and where it was worst so he could work the muscles, often using pressure point. I could feel muscles relaxing as he worked and the next day it definitely felt looser and walking easier with a labral hip tear. I would definitely recommend Ernesto and MM&W. I only received a ~70 minute massage when I booked and paid for a 90 minute massage. My husband and I booked 90 minutes massages to begin at 11:30, we arrived right at 11:30 so our massages began a little bit late because we had to fill out some paperwork, go to the bathroom, and my masseuse was not 100% ready to go. I would generously estimate my massage began at 11:40. When my massage ended, however, I checked my phone and it was only 12:50. Even if my massage had begun right on time, it should not have ended until 1pm. And honestly, since I didn't arrive early enough to complete the paperwork and stuff prior to 11:30, I would have understood if the massage still ended at 1pm if there were other clients waiting, but that wasn't the case here. I went to the front and asked the receptionist if I was accidentally booked for a 60 or 75 minute massage and she said no, and then told me that I received "about a 90 minute massage." As if we could not both tell time...? Then, I proceeded to wait in the lobby for another 20 minutes while my husband's massage finished because his masseuse actually gave him the full 90 minutes. Time notwithstanding, my massage was very mediocre and unbalanced. But, had I not been overcharged, I may have returned and simply requested a different masseuse because my husband said his deep tissue massage was fantastic. read more

We had Kathy and Ernesto who both had great pressure. The spa is easy to find with easy private lot parking. The prices were a little high, but that is to be expected in Maui or any tourist spot. Our favorite spa is under what they're calling beautification so my daughter and I tried Maui Massage and Wellness! Although the massage itself was decent the receptionist double booked me and I didn't get the therapist I was recommended even though I booked 3 weeks out and confirmed 3 times! It was hard to relax and get over the disappointment well into the massage mostly because of the way the receptionist handled it! She went over to the other client and assured her she would get the spot right in front of me! Also my daughter was booked for a 90 minute massage and the therapist only provided a 75 minute massage! Went here for a couples massage the hotel concierge booked for me and my boyfriend. My boyfriends massage therapist was good. Mine however was not so great, definitely not worth what we paid for it. She never asked how I was during the massage or how the pressure was, I could feel her fingernails scratching me during the massage and her movements were quick, hurried motions making it not relaxing at all.
