My cat's ashes were delivered over 2 hours away from me. I had to make numerous phone calls and send multiple emails to find out where she was and to get her ashes delivered to me. It's appalling and it was a horrific experience. I told both them and the crematorium they need to put some type of quality control check in place so this never happens to anyone again.
