Pure Vision Center was the first place that came up when I searched nearby doctors through my…read moreinsurance, and they were the only place that had extended hours so that I wouldn't have to leave work too early which is greatly appreciated. The receptionist is super friendly and was great in explaining the cost of contacts and eye exam after insurance (which was dirt cheap especially with the rebate) and scheduling an appointment within a week. I was seen promptly by the doctor, and he was also patient and kind. I was relieved that they don't use the puff machine to test eye pressure because that's honestly the part I hate the most about eye appointments lol. I was in and out in 30 minutes with contacts that came in 2 days. I would definitely recommend coming here for your eye appointments!

Ive been going here for eye care past 10 years or so…read more Never have I had service this bad here or anywhere. had to make multiple visits to get a exam, a check on fit from same day, and to pick up my glasses. I felt like I was not important, that I wasting there time, when I asked questions. So let's start with two years ago I seen the foreign dr. I tell him my issue with my sight. He prescribes my prescription and from the time I pick up the glasses and contacts. I let them know hey something isnt right, its kinda hard to see. They said try them out and see, it takes a lil bit to get use to new contacts and glass, when vision changes. Well I never could wear the contacts, I couldn't see. The glasses were ok I guess, So I wore them. However I kept getting a headache right between my eyes. Then this past march I go back to this eye place, and unfortunately I see the same foreign dr. I let him know about the headaches and he tells me its caffeine. Just didnt make sense. So he looks at my eyes and I yet another new prescription, a lil stronger too. Right away they didn't work, couldn't see out of the contacts. Before I even left, they said I need to give them a try, the dr. won't prescribe new ones. I go to a different americas best, they redo my exam, the foreign dr. made my prescription way too strong, hurting my eyes, giving me heads for like 2 years. I feel like he damaged my sight.

The person who does the tests previous to seeing him asked me if I wanted a "retinal test" that had a $44 price tag of which I agreed to. When I went to cash out I was told my visit cost $204. I only had a $10 copay, the office IS in network. So I agreed to $54. That test that was NEVER discussed as being in addition to the balance + tax. This is a BIG lesson. I tried calling the corporate phone number that is outsourced to India only to be hung up on repeatedly. Take heed of this warning Take a look at all of the complaints and lawsuits against this company....I wish I had! What a racket. Don't go to a BIG BOX...only private practice from now on. P omgeee

I had ordered over 100 dinner rolls and six fruit and veggie trays. A phone call would've been nice letting me know that my order wasn't gonna be ready but no, I had to call them and speak with somebody who could give two craps about my issue. So I went in shopped what I needed or strike that actually I shopped what I could get. I didn't get exactly what I wanted. Spent more money, all over there incompetence. There's no sense in placing an order three days in advance thinking that you're doing somebody a favor and playing it safe. The safe bet would've been Costco.

There is only a small entrance and exit available and there is so much congestion in those spots. Top it off with the food court being placed by the exit causing a big line when trying to leave.
