I went to this liquor store a few times because it happened to be close. On the first occasion I had grabbed what I was going to purchase and I headed to the counter. It appeared that the employee had spread out his entire office at the cash register counter. There was no free space to complete the transaction and the employee was perturbed because my business was interrupting what ever he was doing and would disturb his mass of paperwork spread about. The second time I visited there was a truck outside and someone making a delivery. Once again the employee was irritated that I was wanting to make a purchase while he was with the delivery man. They were standing by a dolly with cases of liquor and studying paper on a clipboard. The delivery man was attempting to step back from their activity and let the employee go to tend to me. Instead the employee let me wait until he was done and ready to come serve me. My recommendation to the business owner is to do your office work in an office and don't take deliveries during business hours if you aren't able to tend to customers. My recommendation to customers is to go elsewhere if you expect any sort of service.

Crystal Hill has or can order the same products as those expensive fancy-manchy stores in Little Rock. And here you AND your dollar counts!
