Owner Dean Rothe walked me through the process and suggested helpful things like putting in shut offs for the hose bibs and making some changes to the bathroom I hadn't thought were possible. My realtor was so impressed with them that she planned to hire them in the future. They were helpful while I learned the DevHub process of getting a permit (wanted to do it myself lol). They made sure the work was done before I moved in and completed it on schedule. The whole process of working with their office and with the guys who did the work was super. Fletcher Floors was able to pick up from the retailer and get the rest of the supplies. I appreciated the coordination and updates via text. They were even able to repair a spot in the floor which had water damage before putting on the new flooring. The final result is a significant improvement in both the kitchen and bathroom.
