This guy performs magic! I bought an off-white sectional and chaise and two matching recliners by American Leather. Off white in color and a soft buttery leather. When my new kitty tried to jump on them, she could not reach the seat and tried to pull herself up with her claws. Ouch! I know you are saying, why do you have leather furniture with cats? Because none of my previous cats like sitting on leather, preferring the fabric chair, so leather was always the safe bet. Until this little girl. She also punctured the vinyl (pleather) seats on two of 3 custom barstools I had made to fit under my kitchen island. Same M.O. Trying to climb onto them to sleep. After calling the furniture store and reading Yelp reviews, I called Dale for an estimate. He showed up on time, explained the process and gave me an estimate. The process is involved - not only glueing, but matching the scratch with paint, sealing, etc. He would do the repairs at my house and it would take 5-6 hours. He had an appointment a few days later. This furniture was expensive, and at this point in my life, meant to last "forever" so I hired Dale on the spot and prayed he could perform miracles. Without fixing the wholes and scratches, the leather would only deteriorate more. Dale showed up precisely on time and got to work after prepping my space. He worked continuously and diligently. When he was done, I couldn't even find the scratches and punctures on all the leather pieces. The vinyl is harder to repair due to the slight texture pattern, as he warned, but other than me, no one would notice where the punctures were. The counter stools looked like a meat tenderizer had gone over them and now they are smooth again! Magical. Hope I never need Dale's services again, but happy if I do, Dale and his craftsmanship (magic) is just a phone call away. Highly recommend!

We were going to be moving soon and I decided to wait until after our move to 1. make sure we would be keeping the table in our new home and 2. have it repaired after the move so that there would not be any chance of other repair issues that might happen during the move. Flash forward 6 months and we are in our new home. I had sent Ryan some photos and he immediately got back to me with a quote that was really reasonable and an explanation that he could get it to about 75% back to the way it looked new. He was extremely professional and confirmed the night before and showed up within the time frame as promised. His meticulous method of hand touch up work shows that he not only cares about his craft but that he is also an expert at it! He also touched up 6 chairs that had some wear from my over zealous family pushing the chairs into the table edges. We are extremely happy with the outcome that was well within our budget and you would need to be within 1" of the table to "maybe" find the repairs! The chairs look like they did when we first bought them too. In addition, my teenage daughter has a beautiful Tommy Bahama woven headboard that she had stuck LED strip lights to and when they were removed took off some of the finish. In many places, these spanned cabinet joints and left the cabinets without proper support. We also had a cabinet door damaged during the process - a broken hinge for which no replacement parts were available still. We had other cabinet doors knocked out of alignment. Trying to find a firm to fix these, replace the kickplates/trim, etc. that were left by the restoration company was difficult. It was a relatively small job. Ervin was one of only 2 companies that responded and was willing to take on our small job. Not only did Top Refinish respond immediately, they sent out an estimator promptly.
