So we came to this outdoor mall as he didn't want to deal with walking around other people in an indoor mall. The store is closed. Permanently. So I'm panicking and sweating as I didn't want to drag him to a mall. I decided to check out this store as I do love their styles and hoped they had a suit. Alfreda greeted me and I explained I needed a suit, preferable two buttons and single breasted. I think I took her by surprise as I was that specific. But she walked me over to a suit - I believe it's the only one they have in the store - and it was two buttons and single breasted. What are the odds? She selected my sizes and led me to a fitting room. I love their fitting room area. It's plush and fancy with comfortable chairs the gentlemen can wait in. Carpeting on the floors so our feet don't touch cold tile. Alfreda asked if I would come out so they could see how it looked and i said of course as I wanted him to see it. I said a prayer and tried on the smaller size pants. A little snug. So I tried on the larger size. It fit! Put on the jacket in the matching size and looked in the mirror. Looked like it would work so I went outside so he could give me his opinion. He actually liked it! I was so relieved. Alfreda said i looked nice in it and so I was sold. Alana rang me up as Alfreda had another customer and we were talking about why I needed such a specific style. When she heard I would need a white button up shirt to be able to wear a tie with it, she said she had a style to show me that someone had returned in a larger size. It was cute. Cut in a little at the sides to show off your figure instead of simply hanging loose. I tried it and they suggested I order it in the same size as the suit. And the best part? They ship it to me free of charge! It would take a week but it would save me from running around. What could be even better than all of this? I received a discount for my purchase amount being above $100. Both ladies were so nice and made me feel appreciated and beautiful. All the stress of finding the perfect matching suit for the event gone. Definitely recommend.

They steamed everything for me so all I had to do was take it out of the bag and wear it. That was so appreciated as I also had to get 5 kids dressed that day. Looking around the clothing in there looks fabulous and I can't wait to return when I have something a little more pleasant to buy for.

However, the customer service is the WORST that I have ever experienced! I am not a shopper that needs a lot of attention nor do I have high expectations. I do however expect to be greeted while I am inside the store or at the very least acknowledged and asked whether I need assistance, sadly neither occurred. In fact the manager spent the 20 minutes, while I was browsing, disciplining her employee rather loudly, and speaking negatively about several others. I found her behavior so rude and disrespectful towards her staff that I left and will never come back. I would absolutely recommend this store concept but NOT this location.

Sam (I think) was lovely, never pushy with her sales but observant- she noticed I was looking under the racks where shoes are stored (a bit hidden) and offered to help me find shoes. She found the perfect pair of heels in seconds, not to mention they were comfortable for a 10 hour day! She even helped me zip the jumpsuit all the way up and helped me feel confident enough to wear such a daring piece. We will be shopping here more often than the other locations. He found two jackets he liked but wasn't sure of them. There were pants he liked but they are casual in style so we didn't pick them up. Selection of belts as well and if he hadn't picked one up already he would have gotten one here. I'm happy we found some items he likes here as he is a picky shopper. Specifically said, the card. I said like a membership? She said yes. So I said is it free? She said yes. So I was like ok. Sign me up. Not until she was finished did she hand me the CREDIT card info I unknowingly signed up for. I do not want and did not want a CREDIT card. So now I'm stuck with it. I am already paying off one. Not everyone is aware of how these things work (a younger person like me who has only had one credit card.) and it feels sneaky af to do this. The employees need to be able to say exactly what it is and not just a card. No I will not be in again to buy anything else. I will repay what I bought and cancel it. I will not be coming back again even after I cancel it.
