BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I've been here twice now and this is by far the best lashes I've ever gotten! I've tried a lot of different places in The Valley even places where celebrities like Kylie Jenner gets Hers done but this place is like 10x better . However the reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is due to their customer service . The two girls who have done my lashes were mute, like they barely spoke and barely greeted me nor did they care to know my name. I really don't want to stop coming here so I'm going to try another tech when I get my fill done in 2 weeks . I get that it's supposed to be a relaxing space but seriously the 2 ppl I've gotten had the WORST attitude . For this to happen to me twice is really disappointing . I thought maybe I was taking it too personal that maybe the techs are told not to converse but I overheard other techs talking and chatting with their clients. I receive compliments on my lashes all of the time. They DO look like their instagram!! If you don't know what to ask for I would suggest showing them a picture you like to ensure you get what you are looking for! I did have to go to a new technician, instead of my regular, because of a time constraint and I did not feel like the lashes matched and I felt like I was losing lashes more often than I had in the past. I texted the owner and she got me in as soon as possible and replaced/filled me for free, PERSONALLY. Very impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. I have been wanting to get my lashes done at this place for so long! After seeing their work on instagram I fell in love. I finally made my appointment and ended up getting a classic set$150. Chloe was very informative and she warned me before hand that since I am getting classic it will not look like the lashes on instagram which I was ok with. It has already been almost a week since my lash appointment and barely any have fallen out. I get so many compliments on my lashes. I can't wait to go back for a fill. I bought the volume set for 200$ and they only lasted 5 days words can not begin to express the how disappointed and in shock I was in at these results. By the 6th day all that was barely left looked like cheap strip lashes I had to have them removed! ***Further more be very descriptive on the type of style you want for your lashes, maybe I was too "vague"? because I didn't get what I had asked for at all it!*** I wasn't going to make a review but realized that I need to let people know what they might be getting into, I wish I would've listened to the truthful reviews on here... what a waste! I've been doing eyelash extensions for years, If your looking for super full and long lasting results this is the place! Super clean and professional. They are always on time and organized. All their techs are great but my favorite so far have definitely been Michelle and Angel. They both take their time and do an AMAZING job. This is the best lash place I've ever been to! I don't trust anyone else with my lashes. Everyone from the people who help you make your appointment to each individual lash tech is so nice and helpful. There's been several times I needed a last minute appointment and they've squeezed me in. They work really well to help you get your perfect desired look. They take their time while still making them as full as you want. Most places I've been to usually stick to just a full volume look or classic look with no different variations while Mav Lash has multiple ways to make your eyes pop. Their work also lasts much longer than other places. By the time I'm ready for a fill, I'm still getting compliments on how great they look. I've been doing my lashes for over 10 years before it was even a thing so I've gone all the way from Brentwood to Pasadena to find the right lash place and person. Every person I've been to does a great first set but they never last more than a week. I have very straight thin lashes and they just were getting worse until I found Mav lash. Hands down the best place I've been. My lashes have gotten stronger and they last till I get my fill. Trust me from someone who is super picky, I'm a hairdresser and I know what I like. I've been going here for over a year now and they never disappoint! They do such an amazing job! The set usually last 3 to 4 weeks with the proper eyelash care, which they do explain to you. You can show them pictures of what eyelash styles you like so you can get the exact ones you want. I recommend booking an appointment with either Geo or Shanessa they do such a good job. I went in for a weekly fill today (it's $50 for thirty minutes, which if you are going there once every two weeks, is equivalent to the $100 you pay for one hour, given that you still have at least 40% of your eyelash extensions, otherwise it counts as a full set and you are charged accordingly) and it was great! I love the work Geo did on my lashes! FYI: After a week my lashes were still good, but I like to make the effort to make sure that they are tip top all of the time! Given that I calculated the value of weekly vs. regular fills as I did above, weekly fills are great because my lashes naturally shed a bit more than normal. So if you are like me, I would just go ahead and do weekly fills! :) Hope this helps! I'll probably do just one more update 2-3 months from now! Random Tips: - Make sure you bring cash or Venmo, these are the only forms of payment they accept - The best way, in my opinion, to book an appointment *for the first time* is on their website. They have a link to book an appointment and it's honestly so easy to use. After your first appointment you can just tell Anthony (the person at the front desk both times I have gone) when you'd like to book your next appointment and he will do it for you right then and there. You'll get a text message the day before your appointment just to confirm that you're still on for the scheduled day or time, or let them know if you have to cancel for any reason! Easy as that! - It's a VERY easy place to miss; I know because I did in fact drive by it the first time I scheduled so I recommend going to your first appointment maybe 15 minutes early just so that you can get yourself situated if you are not familiar with the area - If you are still relatively early, there is a nice little waiting area to the right as soon as you enter with A TON of magazines, so you totes won't be bored. Not that it matters to much since you'll probably be on your phone. -As soon as you enter, just make sure to tell the person at the front desk your name and what time your appointment is scheduled for. - Make sure to have clean lashes before you go - If you need to go to the restroom, you should go before you start getting your lashes done. They have one at the back so you can just ask to use it! :) read more

I absolutely loved the experience! It was a long drive from where I live. When I got there I was booked with Geo, she was very nice and made me feel really comfortable. The inside is so adorable and I love their aesthetic. I showed her pictures of the lashes I wanted that was from their Instagram. One thing I did notice is that she didn't wash or do anything to my lashes and went straight to gluing them on, it took two full hours and in the end I was kind of disappointed. I thought it would look like the picture but it really looked nothing like it, I grew to like it a lot more but still for $200? I kind of expected the exact picture. Also when getting home I noticed the ends of the lashes are glued so high up and NOWHERE near the bottom of my natural lash (those ones will come out first Forsure!) I can understand with the location and them doing famous people they could care less if I don't come again but pls don't charge people so high just to disappoint them. A fill is $100! I wouldn't come back only because of the confusing streets to get there but overall maybe if you want to treat yourself once in a while go there and get the experience! The overall experience and dedication of the lash lady was worth $200 but the lashes itself DEFINITELY not worth $200 and you can get lashes that look like this ANYWHERE for way cheaper!!! read more

The first time I came here was like a year ago. Not to be dramatic BUT Lash extensions changed my life. I loved this place and I'm pretty sure I'd give it another chance but my last experience was so awful. I don't remember who was the technician doing my lashes the last time I went (a couple months ago) but she was talking on her phone while doing my lashes and they looked good when I sat down to look at my lashes but also my eyes were a little irritated because the glue kinda seeped into my eye which I know is sometimes expected, but a day later I noticed that there were clumps near my lid (which I was informed now that the technician had put too much glue) keep in mind that I'm fairly new to getting extensions so I really didn't know the red flags of lashes that are not put on properly. About a week or 2 later I noticed some lashes weren't growing like the others. Apparently the technician glued the lashes to my eyelid? I ended up having to soak the lashes that were glued on to my lid with a q-tip dipped in oil. (Barely worked tbh) So long story short I ended up losing a lot of my natural eyelashes and I'm scared to get them done again. But my first experience with them was amazing! read more

I have Been goin to Mav lash for about 2 months.shanessa was my tech and then Justine. I had an appt with Justine but the night before I ate some bad food and the next morning I couldn't keep anything down. So the lovely kind young lady at the front desk said she would reschedule for me. Fast forward to Friday. Didn't know this but I was scheduled with angel, a new person. Within introducing myself I said "ive been doing a lot of crying so I don't have much (lashes) left at this point. " I laid down and the first thing out her mouth "WOW YOU HAVE NO LASHES" "idk if they told u, but u need 40%" without saying "well that's what I just said" I said "ok let's go for it" But apparently Angel doesn't have enough time for a full set. Sooooooooooooo why was I scheduled with a new person who knew they wouldn't know what my lashes looked like??? No apology no nothing. I didn't even want to re schedule. I'm in the process of moving from north Hollywood to OC, so I'm back and forth. I wanted to bring my mom here and my friends and maybe take a class. I'm done with mavlash. Never recommending it to anyone. Scheduled with a new lash tech today and guess what she told me "Since you're a new client, let's schedule this for the morning, it may take a couple hours" read more
