The lash glue caused my eyes to swell shut within hours, and as soon as the lashes were removed, the swelling went down -- clear proof it was the glue, not an "allergy." The picture is less than a week after the initial appointment, as it kept getting worse, and I finally got to the point where it itched so bad that I wanted to rip them off in the middle of the night. No refund was offered, and their "policy" was never mentioned before the service. I didn't sign anything. The tech even admitted that other clients have complained about the glue. $175 wasted, a painful reaction, and zero accountability. Don't act like removal was a favor -- it was damage control. I just moved to the area and trusted the glowing Yelp reviews, but this was hands down the worst lash experience I've ever had: horrible product, poor service, and no responsibility taken. Be warned not to go to Connie. I can't speak for the other location.
