I've been coming to Maven for almost two months now, 2x/wk. I'm greeted at the front of this boutique PT center by their super friendly and helpful receptionist every time. Im seen on time, for the full appointment time. I'm working directly with the therapist the entire time, in this case Liv who is extremely patient and incredibly competent. And the most important part of my experience is the fact that I had a nasty accident with a lot of pain when I first started with Liv, but I'm finally feeling some level of improvement in my injuries with her gentle and thoughtful expertise. Brooke was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of what I needed to do in order to get rid of the pain in my knee. Within 4 weeks of physical therapy with her I was able to do some movements pain free that caused a lot of pain in the past. I am a former tennis player now playing paddle tennis. I tore my anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) playing volleyball in my 20's and didn't it diagnosed for some time. Then I had ligament replacement surgery which lasted until 40 years later I did a face plant skiing. Next is the ortho doc total me I don't have an ACL anymore; it had torn in the ski accident. I decided that I was not going to have any more surgery and do PT to solve my stiff and growing uncooperative knee. Brooke at Maven Therapy has within 4 weeks twice a week appts. not only made my knee flexible but has put me on a path to strengthening my surrounding knee muscles. I'm now 8 weeks into it and my paddle tennis game has improved significantly with greater stability and confidence. I plan to be skiing next season (with brace) if there's snow. read more

I came in to treat a rolled ankle from running. In addition to working with Andrew at Maven, Andrew gave me a variety of exercises to work on at home, and he emailed me pictures and exact directions. Within a few weeks, I was back running again. He has incredible attention to detail, is super knowledgeable about PT and lets me bore him with my complaining about not wanting to do PT but ensures I get through my exercises. A year later, I injured my hip running and he managed that recovery as well. Cannot recommend him enough! read more

I had ACL surgery last October and began PT with Tyler at Maven a week or so later. He developed a custom recovery plan including in-therapy and at-home exercises, deftly adjusting them as we reached each milestone. Sessions are always exciting and filled with encouragement and thoughtful feedback - I truly look forward to each session!
