Got some dress clothes and a suit jacket dry "cleaned" My wife picked my clothes up for me and when she got home the whole car smelled like cat piss. IT WAS COMING FROM MY CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!! My shirts, my jacket, my ties, everything. It all wreaked of cat piss. I've used cleaners before they have sightly messed up, but I call them and they fix it. Do not use this dry cleaners. You pay in advance so if there's anything wrong you have no leverage. I took about 25 work items in and got 5 back that were just as wrinkled as when I brought them in. I was appalled. I told myself I wouldn't go there again. But then I saw a $75.00 Ann Taylor blouse that was still dirty and wanted to take it back for a re-do. I had already paid and I wanted it cleaned. So against my better judgement I took the blouse back to request they clean it. The gal in the morning took the blouse and gave me a ticket to claim my item. I went back a few days later and the gal in the evening said she didn't know where it was and she'd call the warehouse and ask if it was till there. She said it was probably still there and to come back in a week. I came back and the gal didn't know where my blouse was. Aggravated but calm, I have her all my info and she said she would call me tonight or tomorrow. She never called. I just went there to ask where my blouse is for the 3rd time and she started to write down my info again! I asked her to not ask me for my info because she already had it but never called me. She said she didn't call me because she never heard back from the warehouse, which was over a week ago. I told her I wanted her managers phone number and she told me to look it up myself on Google. I told her she was going to get a great Yelp review from me for her fantastic customer service. I don't want the shirt. I don't usually write reviews, but this is THE WORST dry cleaners I've EVER been to!! They RUINED my dress and took ZERO responsibility for it! It looks like my dress got caught in a machine.... but somehow I apparently did it! My dress went in with one small lipstick mark and can back worth machine marks and black fingerprints! The owner had a horrible unprofessional attitude and was rude not only to me, but to her employer who was trying to explain the process to me. I will NEVER return and I would not suggest that anybody else does either! I guess you get what you pay for.... expressive lesson learned.... They're inexpensive and fast. I'm not a fan of small talk so greetings aren't important to me. I'm in and out with my clothes. That's all that really matters to me. I do want to add though, that the gentleman that works there does offer to take heavy garments to the car for us. That's great customer service in my book. read more

I used to be a devoted customer. Dropping off my items weekly. Sometimes 2or 3 times a week. Then I was gifted a steamer so I stayed away for about 5 mos. I recently went and dropped off a few items that I couldn't clean myself & boy was that a mistake! All new staff. Prices went up !! And not to mention how unorganized they've become. I tried this place since Its so close to my place of Buisness. Yes the price is cheap, I paid $10.45 for a full suit, suit jacket, & 2 dress shirts for next day noon service. BUT customer service is horrible. Don't expect a welcome when you walk In or a thank you when you leave. It's simply robot service. Order pay and leave. And pick up is the same. What a horrible experience! Come to this cleaners if you like to give your money away and like to be patronized by the staff. I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes to have clean creases and heavy starch - not only did I not get either request the staff attempted to give me grief about my request .. funny it wasn't a problem when they were taking my money; which now makes sense that they require prepayment. I have been here before with the same request at the same time! I had no issues and no late timelines of recovery. I asked the young lady if they could iron my jeans and have them ready by 12PM. This took place at 8AM, again same day (Saturday) same time as before. She looked very uncertain and confused, unaware of the time. She stated, Oh, it will be ready between 3-5M. We can't do that unless we are not busy. I'm there every Wednesday and typically Saturdays! The cleaners rate of clients is always the same! So, I asked her..."So there's no way you can have them done by 12PM?" She states that no it was impossible. MORAL of my story...don't say NO or I DON'T KNOW, instead say, "Great idea, let me go find that answer for you." She was CLUELESS and turned me down because of that factor. I still have a 5 Star rating because, the actual service on my clothes is superb. Only management is to blame for a new employee's flaws. Therefore, you cannot hold the new employee responsible, but train that employee more and continuously role play or quiz them. read more

I have used them for years and they accidently lost a pair of slacks to a suit. I dealt with their manager/owner Roland and he was very professional and fair. I have never had this happen before but I can say that he was honest, fair, and he did his best to remedy the situation.
