They told us they'd have our pool installed in five to 7 weeks weather permitting. They came out, dug the hole and didn't come back for 3 months. There was no rain during this period last year. The father and son do not communicate with each other.Because they do not get along, the father will come out.And tell you everything you want to hear, and you can tell him everything you want.But that will not be communicated to the sun.That does the install. We asked for a salt water system.They installed chlorine and told us it wasn't in the contract. They also tried to pull a fast one with the removal of all the rock and dirt. The contract says three hundred dollars a load. Their own guys told us they would be out there with a dump truck to do this, and it would take about four loads. Instead, he sends out a guy with this smallest dump trailer possible, which would have taken twenty two loads. If they know you have money, they will scam, you in any possible way to get more out of you. Again, their work looks pretty when they're done. But if you don't watch everything they do, they will get you. Also, they did a horrible job on our liner. It has fallen off twice. And they put an ugly seam right where you can see it in the middle of our tanning ledge.

What i wasn't happy about was that they drove and parked their trailer in my yard, which we have so carefully tried to get grass to grow in. I told them they could park in the driveway next to ours as the house wasn't occupied, which I thought they did, but when I came back out again it was in the yard. I figured that it was my fault because I didn't request them to stay off the grass so I let it go. They came back the next day to finish picking up the limbs and I requested a quote on getting some limbs cut from another tree for thinning while they were there. They promptly responded and again said they could do it that day, which was great. I asked if they would be careful with the grass because it was on a different side of the house and I didn't figure they would need to be in the grass anyway. I got home and they were working hard, but there were tire rugs all through my yard (we have a corner lot so there is no possible reason why they would need to drive where they did). Their truck was on the street at that point so the damage was already done and there was nothing I could say. Apparently, they ran over 3 street signs while they were there too (my neighbor was present when it happened). Long story short, they got my taken care of very promptly, the price was reasonable, and they were polite, but I would set expectations at the beginning of what you want regarding boundaries of your yard.

Will not recommend this company. They quoted me and was hired to do some work. Only half of what…read morewas proposed was completed (due to the other part already being taken care of by another company). BUT fought me for three months for me to pay for the entire bill, even though only 1/2 the work was done, not only that, it not completed in the time they told me and I had to pay another company to clean up their mess they left behind. When I asked why I have to pay for two trees instead of one, all they said was that this tree was big and took a lot of time!! This company does not care about their customers. They were by a mile the highest quote, and we don't mind paying top dollar for good service, but this was nothing short of disappointing. The company came highly recommended, however they repeatedly dropped the ball on our rental when we needed to have trees removed. They presented a waiver to our tenants stating it was "to cover the property under insurance should anything happen". This was in fact a waiver in case the lawn and or driveway got torn up. I, as the owner of the property was NEVER presented this document, or I would have certainly requested to move the service to another day when the ground was more firm. Lo and behold, the lawn is a demolition derby, the driveway is damaged, and the tenants were picking up trash and debris for days. Not what I would expect for an $8000 service. When I called to get to the root of the problem and express my frustration, I spoke with Megan, who is equally as classless as she is condescending... not sure what swamp they dug her out of, but I've never been spoken to by a more repugnant person. Any company that would have THAT as their customer service person clearly doesn't give a shit about customer service... The owners called me back to apologize for how she spoke to me, which showed class, and promised to return to our rental, smooth out the tracks from the damage, and to reseed the lawn. He also promised to come to our property for free for a service should we need help. They never made good on either promise, and calls to the owner have been unreturned and texts left on read.
