AAA appears to "share" personal information with third parties who spam you too. I've have asked repeatedly for AAA to stop this, but it continues. Unless you want a mailbox full of junk, weekly, forever, don't give AAA your name, email or address, ever. Even for towing, there are alternatives with better service for less money. AAA keeps restricting what the basic membership covers so they can upsell you, or sell you other stuff. Keep away from AAA.

At first, they sent Roland, who was very pleasant and friendly on the phone. However, after I waited about 45 minutes, I got a call from Manuel letting me know he was coming. After confirming with Roland (who could not come after all), I waited a little longer for Manuel. He was a super nice guy with a very sunny disposition. I was certain something was terribly wrong with our engine, but Manuel charged the battery and that did the trick so we could drive the car ourselves to a mechanic for a new battery. Both Roland and Manuel were very nice and helpful and kept me from loosing my cool (literally and figuratively, since it was very hot that day). I would recommend them.
