Employees are friendly and helpful. With an empty ice machine except for a crusty, 10 lb. bag, an employee found us "better ice" from somewhere else. Four fuel pumps are on the premises, which includes the separate BBQ restaurant and a stand alone coffee trailer.

I always forget about this QuikTrip since it isn't the closest one to my house.  Oddly enough, QT…read morehas a weird way of making a person have loyalties to certain stores, lol!  As I opened the door the employee said Hi to welcome me.  I went directly to my cupcake cappuccino machine.  I can count on this drink consistently being exactly what I am expecting.  These machines are pretty awesome!  Also I knew exactly where to go since most of the stores are set up the same.  Brightly lit, clean, easy to navigate with everything a person could need for any amount of time in a car, on a road trip or even getting a quick lunch.  I approached checkout.  The cashiers are always quick and I was out the door before I knew it!

They are constantly busy and there are usually enough people behind the counter ready to check you out. Only once has the employee been too busy with inventory and had me wait a couple of minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so no big deal but even then, I thought it was a bit rude for her to choose continuing her counting rather than help me. Besides that, great service, cleanliness, and I love the products they carry (Bimbo bread, and cheese Ruffles!). It's also convenient that they have an ATM that charges only 2.50 to withdraw and you can get money orders there too.

That was three days ago and these charges are still in place. I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

Kudos to the guys working here, they always seem to be smiling and having a good time. Their coffee is pretty decent and cheap. The Mocha Charger is yummy. They always have some kind of deals or promotions going on like 2 monsters for $5 or 2 candy bars for $2. Also, the last time I came in I noticed a sign that says that Kum & Go is the only convenience store that participated in the U.S Green Building Council's LEED Volume program. Pretty nifty to be environmentally friendly!
