I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. They always have some kind of deals or promotions going on like 2 monsters for $5 or 2 candy bars for $2. Also, the last time I came in I noticed a sign that says that Kum & Go is the only convenience store that participated in the U.S Green Building Council's LEED Volume program.
