And every time is a terrible experience where I have to clench my jaw because it's just so infuriating. It says they're understaffed now and I understand that, but I've had terrible experiences even when they weren't short staffed. They can have a line of 8 people with only one tech checking people out and they literally don't even care. And no matter what time you go there's a huge line. They'll slowly walk across the pharmacy, don't care at all about making you wait. One of my visits I saw a tech getting angry with an old man who didn't understand his prescriptions. I've Had to wait 30 minutes standing in line for my prescription here. It's ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.
