I have been to this place multiple times because they are very close to my tanning salon and my daughters dance company, and more than once I have left empty handed due to inflated prices. I went to get a few pieces of "costume" jewelry for a girl's night out and ended up leaving with 2 pairs of earrings for $75. I could have bought them at Forever 21 for about $15 but I was in a rush and did not have time to go further. I had wanted to also grab a couple of long necklaces and one bracelet that was made of fake pearls and tied with string of leather. It was cute but when I got to the checkout I was told my total would be well over $600. The necklaces were basic thin chain and one had a cheap pounded metal dragonfly so I passed.

A few minutes ago drove to the drive in window to pick up the medications and was told I'd have to wait 15 more minutes. I had to be somewhere else at the time. Now, I have to drive back over there again. When it takes 24 hours to fill my prescription, especially when I need it now, I believe my the rating in justified. This isn't the first time Walgreens has taken a long time to fill a prescription for me. Previously, I have had to wait four or five hours from the time the prescription was called in before it was ready for pickup. The only reason I use Walgreens is because TRICARE works with only two pharmacies---Walgreens and CVS. Walgreens is closer to my house than CVS.

I had a breast augmentation done at Brzowski's August 2023. It has left me with very asymmetrical…read moreareolas. Dr. Bzowski has never been able to provide me with a medical explanation as to what happened with my nipples. He instead led me on for a year saying that it would change with healing, and then that he could fix it. Until my last appointment with him when he said going back into surgery could make it worse. My experiences with them prior to surgery were great, his staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare you very well for everything you need to do and what medications you need to get before surgery, and I experienced no pain whatsoever from my operation. My postop appointment's is when things started to get sketchy. The first time the bandages on my breasts were removed revealing the shape of my areolas, the doctor didn't even acknowledge the drastic size difference, I only noticed when he had left the appointment and I looked in the mirror, I'm sure you can imagine my devastation. After consulting with other plastic surgeons, they've been able to provide me with multiple explanations as to what might have gone wrong. They've also proposed a way to fix it that was different than what Brzowski was proposing, and it makes more sense to me due to better explanation and understanding of my situation, and of course confidence in success. It's also worth noting that when I requested my file from Brzowskis, the most important paper (my operation notes in full) was missing. This has been a long and depressing journey for me. It's no fun paying 12k just to replace your insecurity with a worse one. Brzowski's also been unwilling to refund me just %15 of what I paid him, so I can either put it towards a tattoo cover up or another procedure with my new surgeon who was able to 100% guarantee me success that he could fix it, unlike Brzowski who expected me to flip a coin without even knowing what went wrong the first time. Unfortunately my opinion of Brzowski is he mainly cares about money, not his patients well being. I strongly advise to not come here, and to go to Dr. Richard Fryer instead. Fryer cared about my well being and even offered to contact Brzowski for me to get the missing paper in my file, and proposed many options to save me money. Brzowski will try to talk you into paying more by suggesting things like liposuction. Im still holding out hope Brzowski has a change of heart on my very reasonable refund request, so I can finally look at myself in the mirror without devastation and regret.

This was verified by another injector and a Chief of Plastic Surgery. The staff has a listening problem-I told them repeatedly that I tend to get a low brow, that the last injector told me to never do my forehead again and they insisted saying it would give me a lift. They also recommended the eye cream $120. I recognized the brand and told them I had a full blown allergic reaction to that product as a body cream. They insisted I try it anyway. Again I had painful, itchy, scabbed rash that has scarred my torso. I don't recommend. LISTENING to their patients is an area for improvement.

The staff in his office I talked to at first were very kind, but I had to make a few more calls to try and sort out what I needed. I was then transferred over to Amanda (the RN) who was so rude and annoyed by me she full out told me she wasn't going to do anything more. Amanda also spoke this way to the staff member where I'm currently being seen who called on my behalf. Honestly, we both couldn't believe this RN was so determined to tell us to take a hike. I know the customer can be tough sometimes but I wasn't upset or even frustrated. I was just asking for a fax to be sent to my doctor. Before my surgery here in a different state I half considered flying back to Utah to have Brzowski do it again but I'm happy I stayed where I'm at. As far as the work from Doc. Brzowski I received 19 years ago, I was happy with it, and he seemed very caring. The nurse back then tried to talk me into doing something more extreme and I'm so glad I didn't. Staff are the heart and soul of the office. It's a large part of what brings us to recommend the office to others. I also want to add something Doc. Brzowski said to me that I've never forgotten. When I was there in the office to discuss my situation, I cried. I was so embarrassed and felt my womanhood kind of slipping away. I needed this surgery to help get a part of me back. Doc. Brzowski told me that this is why he loves his job, because he can help people who really need it. He was so very sincere.

It's so nice when you're rushed in the morning to already have half of your make up on. No more uneven eyebrows and eyeliner that looks like you were up all night. It's so perfect in fact that I often leave the house without makeup. See when you finally have real eyebrows again your face is illuminated and you can leave the house without all of the makeup. To think how many hours I could have back. I know microbladding is all the rage but Judy has been doing permanent make up for years. She is a true artist and spent more time making sure they were perfect for me before she began tattooing them. That is something that can't be learned in a three-week course.
