The bathroom was clean, they had some deli items that really tempted me but I ended up going with sweets (which they had deals on, so prices were reasonable) and there is a self checkout so you do have to be social if you don't want to. That being said, the employee greeted me and was friendly. Another employee was also stocking the shelves and straightening up while I was there. They had shirts, chargers, pretty much anything you need and plenty of pumps, including a section just for trucks to the rear and the back lot was full of truckers parked for overnight so despite the bad reviews, it seems like plenty of people come here. This is my second time here in Wendover and I have had no issues so I will definitely stop here again.

I went inside to use the credit card and a paper cut on my thumb started bleeding. The cashier quickly got a tissue to help me stop the bleeding and clean it up. I went in to the outside bathrooms. A worker was pressure washing the the asphalt... I haven't seen that ever done at any gas station... The bathroom inside had the floors waxed and everything was stocked from the toilet paper to the soaps to the paper towels. The gas islands had paper towels and newer squeegee brushes to wipe the windows with long handles to cover wide SUV windshields. This is a 5 star gas station.

We did not feel safe at this gas station…read more The bathrooms are located at the back corridor like hallway, not well lit , lots of doors to the left that are employee rooms, showers, sketchy closets etc. The employees we passed on the way to the bathrooms were not friendly which also happen to be all men. As women traveling we did not feel safe. Similar to other peoples reviews, the gas available was only premium gas. The building was run down, old and dirty. No one greeted or smiled at us. We got stared at a lot. Which was creepy all together. We did not get a good feeling. Find another gas station or fill up at the another town.

I did not know that Wendover existed but about 45 minutes out I had gotten a low tire pressure warning on my car, which is very scary when you're in the middle of a literally nowhere. My plan was just to pump up the tire and hope for the best. On the way to the gas station I was passing this place and I thought oh I'll have them pump my tire up for me. Thank God they were open because I had a nail in my tire which they patched super quick for me charged me only $20 for the patch. I was so thankful I gave Stephen who was working $40 to split as a tip between the four guys that were working. I'm so thankful that they were open and they existed and it was really close to the time they closed and they were just phenomenal . I could've had a very bad experience and these guys completely change my weekend around made sure that I was gonna be able to go on my adventure and amazing service. They worked on my tire right away.

I tried buying gas and none of their pumps were working…read moreright and after the third try or gas pump, I left this station (and all was well at that another local gas station--no problem)! The last try, the pump started at .11 and went to .55 and then shut off. I could not restart or add anymore gas. They are shady! They park their own personal car at one of the pumps to make it look like there are customers at the station.

Great company. We broke down on a Saturday morning 15 miles outside of Wendover. We called them…read moreand were towed into town. An oil line broke and drained all the oil out of or van. They had to order the part so we ended up leaving the van with them for a few days to get it fixed. They had it repaired by Tuesday. I thought being towed on a Saturday would cost over 500.00 but it was only 265.00 The entire repair including diagnosis and towing was only 1056.12 after tax. I thought that was very inexpensive for the quality of the service. If we are ever in trouble in that part of the world again, I will definitely be calling them! The only hard part was we were travelling with a German Shepherd. That makes it hard to be broken down but it was a nice day so we were ok.
