This location was mostly converted to kiosk ordering, but there was a person at the counter, unlike other locations that I've been to. We chose to order and pay at the kiosk. I seem to struggle to get a receipt at these kiosks because once you pay, it flashes across so quickly, I always miss the opportunity to request a printed receipt. Our order popped up quickly on the queue screen above the pick up counter showing it was in process. I wasn't sure if they'd call loud enough to hear from the table, so I tried to wait near the counter area to be sure to get the food while it was hot. I soon learned that the order and kiosk area can become crowded and my standing near the counter was confusing other customers coming in who thought I was in line for the in-person ordering at the counter. Luckily our order was processed quickly, and I grabbed it and sat down. The food was fresh, and the fries were hot. The dining area was clean, and not too crowded. Despite the queuing area confusion, this location seemed to be on their game. The trick with getting a good value at McDonald's is to know how to order the "deals" and not to order straight off the menu. read more

But there were a few things, reasons to why my not perfect star rating. Those things are; - the dining area was filthy. Trash on the tables, food on the ground, spilled sauces/drinks on the tables/seats/ground. BUT there was a working walking around trying to clean everything up. - the bathroom was decent at best. Toilet paper on the ground. The mirror had graffiti all over it, as to where I climb barely see myself through it. Possibly think about replacing that to improve customer experience. This is easily the dirtiest place I've ever eaten in my life. Food was exactly as you'd expect, no problems there. Except that they forgot something from our order. However everything else.... oh boy. Not one single clean table to eat at. Garbages are full so no room to throw anything away. The floors are completely littered with things, chocolate shake or something spilt everywhere, no cleaning happening at all. In addition to that, no ice in either machine. Cool little Mickey Ds with a 24/7 lobby for the all-hours gamblers. I stopped by late and the lobby was surprisingly in decent shape and just a few normal people stopping by eating. I guess Wendover is too remote for homebums. Prices are normal, no gouging that I noticed. $1 large drinks and such. Oh and points because they have two Freestyle soda machines, which not all McDonalds have. ProTip: the secret best use of Freestyle is for their ice cold filtered water! Add a little lemonade to it for delicious refreshing lemon water. At $1 for a large how can ya go wrong. With that and a $1 coffee I was replenished and ready to go. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! I was standing in line when i noticed one of the cashiers (older lady) yelling at a customer. While This was happening a younger girl that was also working behind the register pulled out her phone and started recording the yelling match. Harsh words were exchanged then the cashier threw an ice cream cone at the customer!!! Stopped at this McDonalds for some breakfast on my way to Cali. Walked in and headed to the restroom only to accidentally push open the stall with someone inside. I patiently waited and a few minuets later a McDonalds employee walked out. I stepped into the stall only to hear the door open and close. Yes that is right the employee didn't even wash their hands before leaving the bathroom. Next I looked down at the toilet seat, it had human poop smeared on the toilet seat and about 10 pieces of toilet paper that had been used next to the toilet. Sure enough I turned around and exited the bathroom to see the Employee up front taking orders. Had a couple of breakfast sandwiches here. Our food was tasty and hot. Newer, or looked newer. Clean, with quick service. Not very busy when we visited but it was pretty early.
