I was watching this mechanic throw my belongings around from the trunk of my car and throw the hub cap. A short time he he was coming to the front to speak with manager. Thus indicated a problem . I went up to the front and said what is the problem ?? He said your brakes are metal to metal I said well there was nothing wrong with them when I pulled in . Now I mentioned to the manager I was there one month ago and you said my brakes are fine . Now I am metal to metal ??? I have not been anywhere. Curt Said well sometimes if the car just sits this causes You to need brakes. How much is that , he gave me an estimate of 575.00 and says I may need routers which would cause more. I drove to my home with my brake pedal touching the floor . Although it was not this way when I pulled in. I believe this mechanic damaged my brakes . I have been going here for twenty two years and will no longer be a customer. Not sure what happened but I am reporting to Better Business Bureau . Outrageous prices

I had a terrible experience with this tire shop when I brought my car in to have my rims replaced…read more The shop broke one of my OEM Toyota TPMS sensors during the installation. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they installed a much cheaper aftermarket sensor and charged me about $100 for it. I later discovered that my car now has two aftermarket TPMS sensors, even though I had OEM sensors before. I have no explanation for what happened to the second OEM sensor. The problems didn't stop there. The next day, I discovered that one of my tires was leaking air. I inspected it and found damage to the tire bead, apparently caused during the installation. The shop also told me that my original Toyota lug nuts wouldn't fit the new rims and convinced me to buy a new set for $65. I thought that sounded strange because the seller of the rims had specifically told me that the OEM lug nuts would fit. After I got home, I tested the original lug nuts myself. They fit perfectly. Even the standard 21 mm socket fits into the rims without any problem. So I ended up paying for a TPMS sensor after the shop broke mine, discovered another OEM sensor had somehow been replaced, found a leaking tire with a damaged bead, and paid $65 for lug nuts that I never needed. For what I ultimately paid, I could have gone somewhere else, bought four new tires, and had them installed on my new rims. After everything I found, I have completely lost trust in this shop. I would never bring my car here again. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

First, they quoted $100 for the inspection which was very high compared to all the other places we had gone. When he picked up the truck, he was charged $160. The only thing Precision found in the pricey "thorough" inspection was a slight noise in the struts. Upon taking it to our mechanic for a Pennsylvania inspection, he couldn't believe the amount of money that was charged for the inspection, and how much Precision missed in the inspection. He found broken motor mounts, soaked struts, cracked serpentine belt, among other things. Either Precision is in cahoots with Ringoes and purposely give good reports on their inspections of their used trucks or Precision is very incompetent.

George is a great mechanic and a good, honest man…read more I went to him a few months ago when my check engine light turned on and 2 codes for my transmission came up which was nerve-wracking and financially concerning for me. 70% of the other mechanics I called for quotes weren't comfortable working on a Subaru transmission and the other 30% were trying to rip me off. When I dropped my car off at George's shop, he said that the codes were no longer there (only showing up in the history) and that he drove the car around and checked everything just to be sure the car was safe and functioning well, but since he didn't find anything wrong with the car, he didn't charge me the diagnosis fee. He did recommend that I get new tires (it was about that time lol) and the price he charged me for quality tires and the installation were way more than fair. Fast forward to now, my car is still functioning perfectly. He told me back then that sometimes when it rains hard (which it was the night my light went on), sometimes wires getting wet can trigger the check engine light turning on and those codes coming up. I appreciated George's kindness and honesty, and I'm not sure that other mechanics would've treated me with the same respect and honesty. He's also very friendly and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're in the area and in need of a mechanic.
