It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. I've parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.

We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!

I didn't get notified of the diagnosis until 4pm and couldn't get my car back until the next day. The humming noise could not be identified and suggested I change a tie rod. I thought this was the issue. I called on Tuesday morning to get an estimated time to pick up my car I was told 3pm. I arrived on time at 3pm since I had to get to work that evening, I was charged for the tie rod and sent on my way. Driving back home, I noticed the humming sound was still there and even louder. I looked at the repair bill and it stayed that the humming sound was possibly from the rear differential and could cost upwards of 2k dollars, I was shocked they didn't tell me this in person when I picked up the car. I called to get more information on this and they told me they could not exactly point out the source of the humming sound and that they were only 70% sure it was the rear differential. For 2k I wasn't sure if I could trust them to do the repairs given my experience so far. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of solution finding to the problem I walked in with. About an hour later, I didn't feel safe with the car driving as is and called back asking to go ahead with the rear differential repair. They told me that they will shop around for parts and give me a call back. It is now Thursday and have not heard back from the shop. Terrible service. Go somewhere else

It took a while for me to work out the financing for the extensive repair and they were completely helpful and patient. After completing the repair, they also replaced the fenders on the RV that I had in the toyhauler's garage. While doing that work, they noticed the suspension was not right after I had just driven it in, effectively, a circle as I had pulled it out for the night then back in the next morning. They realized that someone who had done a repair previously had not done it correctly and it was throwing everything off. They ordered the part they needed and got it fixed RIGHT!
