Recently, my son purchased a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 pickup from this business. I could not be more happy with the service be received. JSI staff worked very hard to bring the truck up to our expectation. They put a lot of time, effort and money into fixing it right. The truck ran rough the first time we drove it and stalled on acceleration. These guys dig deep and figured out the cause of the problem. I know they had to lift the bed to get into the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. They did a lot of other work to the motor. They even found a rusted brake line during inspection and fixed it. They could have easily passed it off and let it become our problem later. These guys told me that they take their reputation seriously and that vehicles leaving their lot have to be right. I could tell they took pride and integrity in their job. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and they helped my son learn some things about car buying. Deer Lake Subaru quoted a price almost $1,500 less than the next cheapest price. In addition the folks were completely amazing. They were super friendly and had the work competed and the car back days ahead of schedule. Very happy with the entire experience. We later returned and purchased our own Subaru Forester and had an amazing experience as well and the car has been great.
