After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

We had more than 150 miles to go after changing the one tire and the spare looked iffy. The tire monitoring system started alerting on the other tires, so we looked for a Discount Tire close to our route. I first called another Discount Tire and the call would not connect. I called the Discount Tire on Lake Joy Road, spoke to a very nice man, who advised he had two different sets of tires available and to come on in. He told us where to get the RV in, and came out as soon as he saw us driving in. In about an hour, we were back on the road with 4 new tires and a new spare. They made sure our tire monitoring system worked, had a nice waiting area and were just the nicest people to deal with. If you are in the Warner Robbins area or traveling like we were with an emergency tire replacement, do NOT hesitate to use this wonderful Discount Tire location!! Thank you!!

We gave enterprise a call and they told us to go here for them to swap out tires. Discount Tire had to call Enterprise hq for approval prior to working on it, but had us in and out within 30 mins. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend!

We called Discount Tire to verify they had the tire we needed in stock. They had the tire but the tow would be pushing it to get it there by closing time. We stayed in touch and we arrived at the service center at 5:55. THEY STAYED AND TOOK CARE OF OUR TIRE REPLACEMENT. WOW! WE'LL definitely use Discount Tire anytime we have tire needs.

I knew when it happened that I probably damaged my tire, but I had no idea what I hit in the pitch black darkness of a country road. Turns out, my rim was bent so my tire was losing air. I took my Nissan Rogue to Raffield on the advice of the maintenance guy at my hotel. Raffield was able to straighten my rim and get the tire to seal again. Because I was traveling, they did this for me at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about Raffield! They were professional, clear in communication about the problem and very, very kind.
