He gave me an exact price, I agreed and gave him my name and number. He ordered the tires. Later that day, they called to say the tires would be available the next day. We took it in about noon. They had the tires installed and my pressure sensors reinstalled correctly on each of the six tires later that afternoon. I was impressed with how polite, friendly, and efficient the staff was. Also it was amazing how quickly I had new tires on the RV... right at 30 hours from the first call to when they called to say it was ready. Lastly, the price was great... Far less than I expected.

I'm from Texas, we have a Discount Tire 5 miles in any direction. They're all always busy, always friendly & always fast. Especially when you have an appointment! We arrived just a few minutes late, our appointment was at 3:30 and I think I pulled the handle on the door to the building at 3:37. I was given a timeframe of 4:50 by the time he was done checking me in and verifying my information. As my wife and I sat in the lobby we watched Walk-In after Walk-In come in, get checked in, serviced and out the door and on their way while we sat patiently and waited for our "Appointment" to be completed. My wife and I have spent at minimum $7K-$10K with Discount Tire. We have 4 kids that we've purchased new tires for, plus my wife's Lexus and my GMC. I had 2 tires on my 2014 Sierra that needed checked, front left for a slow leak & Rear left for a puncture/ serious leak. Possible replacements under Certs (either way if they needed replaced I was ready to pay for it). We've never had an appointment for a new purchase, mount & balance or a flat repair and watched so many Walk-Ins take priority. Ludicrous. And just poor customer service, I hope the rest of the stores aren't like this in SC or we'll take our business elsewhere. Definitely won't be visiting this location in the future. Terrible guys, do better.

I would never recommend this company. I had a plug put into my brand new tire and within 24 hours…read morethe entire tire was flat. I went to another shop the next day and got another plug put in. I've had no problems in the last two days with the new plug. I called to get a refund from grease monkey and they stated I was gonna have to bring the tire back to them. Why would bring a tire back to them to repair when they can't even put a plug in correctly? Obviously, this could've caused a bad accident. And this is not the way to do business.

She had it towed to Keenan and they charged her $35 to plug it. A $10 job which had I been off I could have fixed in 5 minutes. I called the shop and ask how much was a charge for a plug and was quoted $25 which is a $10 difference and still overpriced for minor job.

I had a simple trip check scheduled with Super Service and decided to wait on-site. About an hour…read morelater, they told me my brake pads needed replacing and said they could do it that day. Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.
