Bareket has a true gift with animals and treats every dog like family. She consistently went above and beyond, showing up rain or shine -- even in unbearable heat -- always with a warm smile and genuine excitement to see our dogs. Often, she'd take them on longer walks than required simply because she loves what she does. What really set Bareket apart was her incredible flexibility. She was always willing to accommodate our ever-changing schedule, often stepping in at the last minute when work got hectic. Her reliability and kindness gave us so much peace of mind. We recently relocated from Brooklyn to Boston, and without question, one of the hardest goodbyes was parting with Bareket. Her care, dedication, and connection with our dogs were unmatched. I had one cat, a totally indoor cat, who had not had fleas until two months after you had come to care for her two weekends a month. Where did the fleas come from? I guess things happen, and I did not lay blame. I hired Liberty Pest Control and they zapped and zapped and zapped. My vet at at Bay Ridge Animal Clinic, gave me meds for my cat. All was fine except when you stepped in again a week after to feed my cat. Hello, fleas again. Liberty Pest Control came back. The vet gave more meds for my cat. All I had wanted is to have had my keys back. But you escalated it. You could have dropped my keys into my mail slot. You could have sent them to me via registered mail. After the second infection of fleas, I had had it with you. i could have sent to you verification, then I thought, owing to Mistie, might there be a third infestation? I wanted it to end but you had escalated it. I just wanted to end it with you. My first review of your services remain, in that, she was great at the getgo and not so great afterwards, your choice. What I love about Paws & Rec is that they pickup the dogs for a full two hours. Your dog gets experience walking with their "pack" and makes other doggy friends they'll see consistently. They get a ton of off leash time in one of the various dog runs in the area. On each walk, they'll sometimes visit up to 3 different parks. Jenny was very easy to work with and setup a meet and greet with Jeffrey (my 4month old Goldendoodle) and her son Christian. My walker, Stan, is SO professional and awesome. He updates his Instagram with photos and an insta story during every walk so you can see footage of your baby running around and playing. It's awesome! During Jeffrey's first walk, we had a mini crisis with a faulty apartment key (my fault). Jenny and Stan were super professional, and brought Jeffrey to a nearby Paws & Rec sitter's house until I could run from work to pick him up. I was so thankful Jeffrey was in safe hands! They didn't even charge me for all their extra effort. I really couldn't recommend Paws & Rec more.
