Our main courses included mahkani chicken, vindaloo, fish, chicken biryani, spinach paneer, momo dumplings, and several orders of King of Texas platter. The flavors were wonderful, and when we ordered a few of us, ask them to dial up the spice, but be careful. The service was very good and attentive, and the restaurant was relatively quiet from noise. Some restaurants are just super noisy, and TAJ is not.
