Several times a year I stopped in for an oil change. The staff is always courteous and very professional. Today, I asked them to do a routine evaluation of my battery which I believe is about 18 months old, the report indicated that my battery is between very good and consider changing soon. Quality: I have no complaint with the quality of the workmanship. They take care of the oil from above inserting the new oil, while below the car and attendant removes the oil filter and replaces it with a fresh one. While this is going on another attendant is checking every tire for correct inflation pressure. They always ask pertinent questions such as do my wiper blades need to be replaced, do they squeak, considering that they might need to be replaced. They also asked if I wanted the inside air conditioning cabin filter to be changed which I had done recently so I declined, but they did a filter change in the engine compartment which was in need of a change. I would describe the quality of the workmanship as between excellent and outstanding. Value: I am pretty sure that the value they provide from a pocketbook point of view, is excellent. I'm quite sure that the speedy and professional work is done at less out-of-pocket cost than going to the Acura dealer or whomever you choose. Summary: I think people who consider the importance of a speedy oil change without a lot of waiting in a lobby at the dealership will be very happy with the service that the Valvoline instant oil change provides. Don't forget to ask for the military discount, it's worth 15% off.

Since I picked up the vehicle at closing I called then next day. Gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and made me an appointment to see what was going on and stated they would "make it right". At appointment the next day I was told my sensors were old and bad and since they couldn't determine if that was a prior issue they wanted me to pay to replace them. Please keep in mind I was already charged for the programming for this that goes along with tire changes. I asked if they were old why this wasn't brought up with the tire change and was told that sometimes when they reprogram them they just brake and that if it brakes in their parking lot after service it's not their problem. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

The very nice gentleman named, Seth, at the front desk not only got me right in for an appointment but he also diagnosed the problem with my most recent brake job. He took me out to the shop and showed me all of the interior mechanics of my brakes and explained how everything worked.
