It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. I'm a real person that was not put up o asked to write this review but doing so purely to help out someone that is in the shoes I was cause I know what the feeling is like. With 2 prior DUI's , I was facing a 3rd charge of Physical control which would have the same consequences if convicted of a 3rd DUI, with previous experience of how the system works and let downs from public defenders and rookie private attorneys I understood what the ramifications of a 3rd convention would be, So I chose to pay for Nate as a private attorney and fight my charge. I can attest that Nate and his assistance were there for me at every point of the case, I was not from the Seattle area and Nate made it possible so he would attend all my pre trial hearings and I did not have to make the 4 hour drive except for once. After a few attempts from the prosecutor for a plea bargain which I was advices to no take we went all the way to trail, this was scary for me as a 3rd convention would have hefty consequences, but I had faith in Nate and what he was telling me. On the day of the trail, the prosecutor dismissed the case with prejudice. This was a huge victory for me and a big weight off my shoulders. You want an attorney that will go to batt for you and not take the easy way out , or take a plea just because it will be less work for them, you need someone that knows his stuff and willing to press the prosecutor to prove it. Nate did what was right and not what was easy in my case, which I was extremely grateful of as I have had attorneys in the passed where I was just a number to and they needed to get done with my case as soon as possible so they could get to the next, not so with Nate Webb and his assistant Nicolas. When it came time for an ancillary hearing he informed us his presence wasn't necessary but the judge stated otherwise, resulting in a reschedule. then we learn morning of said court date he tried to fax the court to recuse himself as counsel. If in prior conversations he'd told us of his request we would have understood but to abandon without notice or even discussing it was extremely unprofessional. I'm sure his flat fee from us is not his bread and butter but i do not recommend.
