EVERY oil change done prior to Behrends Auto had been done with synthetic oil. Behrends used regular, low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand. The woman that owns Behrends told me there is NO difference between Synthetic oil and regular oil. WRONG!! Woman handed me my bill totaling almost $80 for a VERY basic, regular low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand, maybe a new oil filter, and installation of two bulbs I purchased elsewhere. I was furious! I asked why my bill was so high, the woman replied, "Well I've got to charge you for labor somewhere on the bill." The boy who did the oil change was definitely under 21. I get home and saw a puddle of oil directly under my vehicle's oil pan! *** MY VEHICLE NEVER LEAKED A DROP OF OIL! EVER! The boy OVER FILLED MY VEHICLE A QUART!
