My carpets were so dirty that I was considering replacing them in the master bedroom and on the stairs. Owner Diego and his father Luis got the carpets so clean that I don't need to get it replaced anymore. In the past, I hired other carpet cleaners, but was never satisfied. This is a family owned business, and they care about doing a good job. They use a truck mounted carpet cleaning system. This is very powerful and pulled pet hair out of the carpet, even after they did the initial vacuum. Check out the picture to see how much pet hair was pulled out of the carpet even after they did an initial vacuum. I should add that previously, there was a professional housecleaner who came one per month. In the past, the carpet cleaners I had hired used a handheld carpet cleaner. Definitely look for a carpet cleaner that uses a truck mounted cleaner as the truck mount gives it much more power and a bigger supply of hot steaming water. Appreciated a quick scheduling of the appointment and the actual cleaning of my chairs was great. Disappointed, though, in some misleading communication on the day of scheduling and the total cost. The technician asked me if I wanted to add ScotchGuard fabric protection for 50% of the total cost and when I said "no that's too much for me," he reduced the offer to a total of $50. I assumed this would be a professional level of protection, but it ended up just being spray from a regular bottle that I could've picked up at the store and only took five minutes.
