    So my tablet was broken and i brough it to this place name pitbull the guy looked very serious…read moreperson and the problem on the tablet was the charging port wasn't working so he said that he was able to fix it for me he said he was gonna order the part and that he was gonna give me a call when it was ready, one week past and nothing since it was a holyday weeken i was like ok they are not working , so i called after that and he said that he got the part on friday and that it wasnt ready so i called on tuesday i think and a lady answered the phone telling me that the they just got the part the day before , i knew by then there was something not right what was my surprised that when he called me he said that when he opened the tablet the screen crack and that now not only the charging port needs to be fixed but the screen too , so i went to his place and he said that they are not responsible for that that it was an accident and that it i wanted to get it fixed i have to spend like 200 more from my pocket when he was the one braking it, im so disappointed to had them fixed it for me not only they didnt pay for it i had to dumped in the garbage because they were not responsible for what it happen to it so i wouldn't recommend to bring your computers there cause it they mess it up they are not gonna pay for it, i think what ir would have been fair to at least get my tablet the way it was so i could have just bring it somewhere else to get it fixed , they didnt even tell me listen we screw up we gonna give you something no the gay was like we are not responsible for those kind of things its not my fault they suck and they couldn't do the job right

Our salesperson, Eric, was knowledgeable and patient, which made the experience positive. We left feeling good about our purchase and scheduled delivery for a week later. That's where the nightmare began. We received multiple confirmations for our fridge delivery scheduled for the following week between 9 AM and 1 PM. On delivery day, we got a text saying it would arrive at 2:20 PM, but twenty minutes later, we were informed it was canceled with no explanation. After spending the weekend on the phone with Best Buy customer service, no one could clarify the situation. We had already been two weeks without a fridge and were desperate. Another week passed, and again we were excited for delivery, only to receive another cancellation text. A customer service rep called and, due to a heavy accent, all we understood was: "No fridge, you must buy a new one." My husband finally reached someone in corporate sales, and we learned the truth: the delivery company had damaged our fridge. Best Buy had stalled for TWO WEEKS instead of being honest with us. We returned to the store and spoke with Eric and Sean, the store manager, who was professional and frustrated with corporate. He called corporate for us, but all they offered was $150 for our troubles. We spent over $1,000 on a fridge that was broken before delivery, waited weeks without one, and received nothing but lies. All we wanted was the fridge we purchased. Instead, Best Buy's corporate team left us without a refrigerator, failed to communicate honestly, and offered an insulting $150 for the inconvenience we faced. The only reason I'm not giving zero stars to the Rockaway location is that Eric and Sean went above and beyond to help fix what corporate destroyed. Unfortunately, Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have lost my trust forever. I will never purchase a major appliance from them again. Update: I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. After weeks of going back and forth with Best Buy and their incompetent delivery company, I finally gave up on the fridge I originally purchased and settled for a lesser model just to get something. We waited ANOTHER week for delivery--only for them to pull the same garbage again: cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. That's now FOUR Saturdays in a row they've scheduled and then canceled at the last minute. I've been over a month without a working fridge, my blood pressure is through the roof, my patience is gone, and apparently I can't even get my money back--so I'm stuck with Best Buy. This is beyond unacceptable, and I'm seriously considering legal action. Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have zero respect for customers' time, money, or sanity.

I had not backed up my computer in a few months which I normally do then all of a sudden I got corrupted files on the hard drive and long story short they were able to put in a new drive reinstall windows. The hard drive had to go out to secondary recovery and they actually recovered every single file and it's original format and state and I was absolutely impressed. I have to tell you the geek squad at the Best Buy in Rockaway Mall is just Superb and I actually got the technician was so good. He actually upgraded my basic membership to all inclusive for like $179 and this cost me nothing except the data recovery absolutely amazing.
