PROS Located conveniently in a strip mall, retail space. Like most urban strip malls there's fast food, a nail shop, beauty supply, save for the liquor store... but it's not far away-- SMH. Most of the workers are quick and the pricing is reasonable. When you walk through the door, you are addressed... at least. CONS Don't expect top notch (customer) service or a plush shop. Get your nails done and leave-- don't expect real pampering. Nail techs are hit or miss as well as nail, brow and pedi service. I'm unaware if they are up to date with designs, but they do have decorative acrylic, gel polish and know what the coffin shape is. Nothing has been truly horrid, but I've had better. A decent option for quick maintenance and when a back up plan is needed. They close at 8pm, but be careful of going after 7ish.

We should've left right then and there but we were desperate to get our nails done as this was on a Sunday and we came around 5. I got an acrylic full set and first of all, the guy who was doing my nails made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He was too busy trying to hit on me instead of making sure he put enough acrylic on my nails so they didn't break. With that being said, after the 2nd day of having them, 1 nail broke. I was fine with that. I went and got it fixed on the 3rd day free of charge and that was that. After I went to get that nail fixed, by the end of the 3rd day, I kid you not....6 of my nails were off. They were literally popping off like press ons I just bought from Walmart. I wasn't so mad they were popping off as I hated my nails to begin with because the shaping was off. Every single nail was a different shape, but the idea of me spending $65 on this is what really upset me the most. I can't continue this review without failing to mention both of my friends had similar experiences to mine with their acrylics. By the 3rd day, four of my friend's acrylics had came off and the acrylic on her toe had completely chipped in half as well. My other friend went and asked for acrylic on her toe, and the lady blatantly told her "no, you don't need it" & proceeded to do her toes without the acrylic. Of course my friend was not having that and told her to do what she asked. Who says that to someone and how do you know what a customer doesn't and doesn't want? Once again...lazy, inconsiderate and rude. Not sure how they are still operating business, but I will never come back here and I will be sure to let everyone else know that as well. Also, I wouldn't advise anyone to use the bathroom there. I did so and they made it a big commotion and started talking about me in their language. Absolutely uncalled for. Take your coins somewhere else. There are plenty of better nail salons in the area.
