However, a few years later, the unit began making strange, loud noises, which I was concerned would bother my neighbors in the middle of the night. I reached out to Altin, personally, and told him what was going on. He told me that he couldn't come out until one week later. It was near the Christmas holidays, and our area was in a deep freeze (temperatures in the teens), so it wasn't a problem on my end. Altin did not get back to me as he had told me. I waited until after the new year, and after the temperatures in my area returned to normal or above normal, and I attempted to reach back out to Altin. He is ignoring me. I guess he doesn't believe in excellent customer service. I hate leaving a bad review, but he left me no choice. ***********UPDATE ON JANUARY 13, 2026*************** I spoke with Altin this afternoon and he sent a technician over to look at it. The warranty should be good, but I'd be required to pay labor costs, which sounds reasonable as long as the labor costs are reasonable. I will update further as this process plays itself out. +++++++++++UPDATE ON JANUARY 15, 2026+++++++++++++++ Altin sent a technician over on January 14, 2026. The technician had a new replacement part (motor). He replaced the part and the system is running like new again. I won't divulge the price, but my wife and I are satisfied with the price, given that the system has stood the test of time. I would have updated this yesterday, but my family was preoccupied with the disrupted phone service that Verizon experienced yesterday. I have had a solid relationship with Altin for many years. I will chalk up the earlier issue to a simple misunderstanding. I am giving Altin and the entire team at Pro HVAC Services 5 STARS for a job well done. I recommend them for your HVAC services.

The claim is that the invoice was from 3 years ago, and nobody that works there now, was working there three years ago! Suspicious. The technician (Mark) came to my home and "rewired" the system, causing the A/C in the basement to fail. They have refused to provide a last name, telling me that this is because they prohibit customers from contacting the technicians directly. After all, they don't want to lose business. Passed Around. I called All Week, spoke with somebody, who redirected me to Yola, who redirected me to Christina. Yola provided misinformation, stating that nothing was touched in my system, that this was solely an inspection. I proceeded to remind her that the invoice states that something was "rewired". She went on to state, that I didn't understand how technicians write. No Stars. I don't leave 1-star reviews, as it seems it is out of spite. Review my account and see there are zero 1-star reviews. Leaving 2-stars doesn't accurately reflect my rating for this business. Wild Price Swings. Christina said the cost is $145 for a visit. Yola said the price is $125. This is for a verbal report only. If you need them to write up a statement, they will charge $425. They charged me $265. Their pricing swings wildly. The actual pricing can be answered with another question: how much are you willing to pay? Broken A/C System. They came to see what was wrong, broke the A/C by rewiring something. Now they want me to pay for somebody else to come and diagnose what they broke. I'm calling AJ Perri, at least he posts some informative responses on Quora. Everybody at All Week is anonymous. Not to mention employee retention and customer retention is non-existent. "All we can do is transcribe what was written in the invoice, and we don't know what happened because that was 3 years ago!" - Christina, All Week - Administrative Management for Customer Retention
