I was recomended by my hygienist to have it removed before cavities begin to form due to the difficulty of brushing the area so I did some research and looked for referrals from friends. I previously removed a wisdom tooth a few years ago but put off removing the other three as I didn't want to be stuck eating soft foods for another three weeks again. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Dolman and that was when I knew Dr. Dolman was extremely knowledgeable and I could trust him with this procedure. Dr. Dolman is not pushy like a number of doctors are. Rather, he explains what would happen if you don't remove certain teeth and what would happen if you do. His explanations were clear and helped me prepare mentally for what I was about to go through. Doing any sort of dental work is usually pretty scary and pulling wisdom teeth is one of the scariest procedures for me due to the fears of dry sockets and things going wrong. However, Dr. Dolman is very experienced and goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients are safe, comfortable, and at ease before, during and after the procedure. Did I mention that during the procedure, I didn't feel a thing and was very relaxed? I didn't think that could be possible in a situation where someone would be yanking your teeth. What makes Dr. Dolman stand out is the experience post operation. I was provided a printout of what to expect for the next few weeks during recovery, what to eat and how often to change gauzes. In addition, Dr. Dolman gave me his number so I could text and call him if I had issues. He followed up periodically to check in and see how I was doing and answered questions I had very patiently. Dr. Dolman truly cares for his patients and I highly recommend everyone who needs oral surgery go to him. He is the best and I recommend all my friends to see him.

The day of the surgery, it took him 20 minutes to remove all 4 of my teeth and I didn't need stitches! I had to have laughing gas and local anesthesia, and woke up shortly after feeling so relieved. My wife paid (BTW they charge 3% for a credit card) Medically everything was fine. After receiving an insurance statement, we discovered that she overpaid approx. $600. We contacted the office and they said it was under review. By mid August we contacted them again inquiring about a refund. They responded by saying it was in process. We called a 3rd. time last week and literially were told the check is in the mail. Now its September 9th. still no refund. Quick to demand payment, lousy on refunds. They may be technically competent, but this experience is leading me to a different provider. Terrible customer experience.
