She asked me about my hair and actually took everything I told her into consideration. My hair took longer than management expected and even when they asked her multiple times if she would be done so she could take another client she didn't start rushing to finish my hair which I appreciate. It's horrible feeling when you try to get a service and they rush you out just to get another client done. I will suggest that maybe there be an option for clients to choose a longer appointment time especially for those of us who have longer and thicker hair. Overall the experience was good and my service was Kendra was SPECTACULAR! I loved my hair and it looked great in preparation for my birthday. I will definitely come again to see Kendra.

The sweet receptionist told me a stylist called out sick that's why they were backed up. But that story didn't make sense since I received a text at 5:30 asking me to come in early. I wish I could walk out but unfortunately I need my hair done tonight. Fortunately because of the inconvenience they did offer to do the blow out for free. I am grateful for that, but it doesn't change or fix the inconvenience of being late to my event tonight.

So when I made the appointment online I put in notes I have keratin treated hair but when I went to book it kept giving me weird error message about credit card so I called. They did not ask if I had any special treatment or anything but did ask on hair length and said they may charge extra which I was fine with. I arrived at my appointment and was greeted quickly by the stylist who quickly whisked me to the back to begin shampoo. She didn't ask me anything about my hair and quickly began shampooing. I learned from overhearing her talking to another stylist that she used clarifying shampoo.. which is a no-no for keratin treated hair. :( Then she put on what I assumed was the deep conditioner but not sure as she wasn't really talking to me. Just seemed very rushed. I tried to make small talk with her but she wasn't really having it so I gave up. She put me in this chair with red lights behind it which was cool- way better than standard heated station (whatever they call it)..but one of the lamps died and no one noticed as they were too busy talking to one another. When she came to get me I pointed it out but she just said "that's fine". After basic "how do you want your hair blown" and I said straight, she got to work. No heat protectant or anything like that. This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. I did it pass it since there were trees on front of the sign outside. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and said it would be jus a few minutes. Julianna came and took me to her station to see what I wanted done . I them went to get shampooed and mentioned to Juliana my hair is thick and coarse so needs to be conditioned and combed out, she understood and told the person who was shampoo g my hai. I always love to get my hair shampooed as it is relaxing. I went back to Julianna and she did a great job taking her time and asking in between if the amount she will cut is fine . She blew it out into waves and it was soft. The pricing is reasonable median price not too expensive and not too cheap . I was Happy to be able to get my hair done for Mother's Day .
