They were very thorough during the inspection and handled everything with the insurance which was nice. Overall did a good job with my car, my only issue was that when I went to pick it up, there were a few minor things that were missed so I had to leave my car and pick it up another day. Better attention to detail when delivering a final product would have made this a 5-star experience. But when I did point out the minor things, the team at K&L were apologetic and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Mendham Auto Body would not connect my horn unless I paid them for the labor. Really...they were…read morepaid in full to complete the job. I just didn't check the horn before I left the lot. When I contacted the owner, he would connect the horn, but I would have to pay for additional labor charge. So, I took my truck to a Ford Dealer and it was connected in 30 minutes and an additional $100 that Mendham Auto Body should reimburse me. But, that will never happen. Very bad customer service. Do not take your auto to be repaired at Mendham Auto Body.
