At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

She walked out with me and went over the damages to my she stated that she could have the car done within two weeks. She would order the parts and let me know when they came in. I would drop off my car once the ports came in and she make sure that the repairs were completed in time. After I off my car, she told me it would be approximately two weeks. To my surprise, the car was done and only seven business days. I went over to the shop to pick it up and couldn't even tell that my car was ever in an accident. True workmanship at its best. Flat on Parkway My…read morefamily of 4 experienced a flat on the highway. My wife and 2 kids caught a ride from a neighbor and I stayed behind with the car. By the time i got my spare and jack from the truck Scott from Nicolette showed up. Attached the spare. Showed me where the hole was in my tire that I later got plugged. Also gave me some advice on my front two tires. He was professional, fast, personable and arrived within 15-20 minutes from when called. Couldn't have had better service.

Luckily a…read moreman a Tumino's towing gave me the number... but after waiting 1.5hrs (Nicolette is the only tow company that can pick you up.. at least at mile marker 147.7 southbound) they tell you all they can do is move you off the parkway... taking the next exit charging $170. This is unbelievable. I only had to go 15 minutes away at 2am in the morning. Apparently they were 'too busy' to do anything other than tow me off the parkway at the next exit. Absolutely furious. The driver that picked me up seemed to be a decent guy, clean cut,.. but the whole situation was absolutely trash.

We've grown together over the years and I've come to accept many quirks/issues she's developed over that time. I finally felt like it was time to do a little overhaul on her and get her back to a place closer to where she was when I first found her, for both her and me. I've been to different dealers and been displeased a few times for a few reasons, and the work I needed done was beyond your local auto shop's capabilities, so I did some research online and found Rover Specialists. It seemed like the best alternative to going to a dealer, and it was. I spoke to Vinnie on the phone and then dropped off my rover with the keys and a lonnggg list of issues to be addressed. He did an awesome job addressing everything and then some, keeping in contact with me for status updates, and after a few weeks she was ready. When I picked up my rover today, *wipes tear* she was a sight for sore eyes. She may be a 2002 but now she looks and drives like new, and I spent probably half of what I would have at a dealer. I would recommend Rover Specialist to anyone with a Land Rover. Vinnie is a great guy who does great work, seems to have your vehicle's best interests in mind and tries to save you money wherever he can. All he works on is Land Rovers so he obviously knows what he's doing. I'm really impressed with his work.
