At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. They do their best to keep your bill to a minimum. I have even suggested things I thought I might need done and was told that I did not need them.
