They also have all of our money in their accounts. How scary is that? Over $200 -they have to write the check. They charge a fee to write a check as well! It's our money! The inspections are a joke, nothing is addressed or ever fixed. Entrances look horrible. Weeds and lack of mulch for multiple homes. There's NO enforcement of bylaws. Every Neighborhood review they have is FAKE - Notice no one ever says what community they're from. They take care of nothing, and use valuable money from HOA's to produce letters. There are so many better companies out there. The many HOA's need to get rid of this company and get a company that actually does their job!

I cannot believe you all are allowing showings of the property with such a pungent odor and the driveway being the way that it is. The cleaning company's employees are are also theives, they stole our blue tooth speaker and a part for the stove. Shame on you title one. That same house is for rent now and the rent is lowered back down to almost the original price that we started off paying. They rope you in and stick to you if you keep renewing your lease.
