Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.

After an alignment check, a dealership told us we needed a new axle. We took it to Ambrosia's and they were able to pinpoint the exact issue, costing us much less than originally quoted by the dealership. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I walked in after 10 am for an oil change on a Saturday and noticed there was only one worker. About 30 minutes later more workers came in and one of them walked up to me and asked for my key. There was no discussion of what type of oil change (ex. synthetic, etc) or pricing. Approximately 10 minutes later he asked for all my info (name, address, phone#, email) and gave a price-indicating they were finished with the oil change. I asked if the Yelp check-in coupon could be used, but he stated they already changed the oil with all synthetic and the coupon was for half-and-half. I didn't feel he was being rude in any way, I just wish there was more dialog and that I had a choice. Overall, it was a decent straight-no chaser experience.
