He promised 1 date,and couldn't keep the promise. I wound up paying for a rental for an extra week,and the job was not satisfactory to me! My truck was done,but the end result left a lot to be desired. I gave him another opportunity in May this year (Accident was in Oct. 21) and all I received were excuses on the quality of his final effort. There were no excuses,or mountain's he couldn't climb to do the job until after the check's were signed and the cash in his pocket! Suddenly,there were all kinds of excuses! I will never take another vehicle there again. I am picky about my vehicle's and take excellent care of them. I must now find another body shop with a reputation for quality to redo the paint work! When we dropped the car off we told them we would be paying and then the price tripled from the quote. To me, either they are in collusion with the insurance company or they practice bait and switch. The worst part is, they didn't align the new fender correctly as the gaps on both sides of the hood are off and it is raised and not level with the hood. I will not take my $40k cars to them ever again!
