I happened to be there when they showed up bc I was checking in on my electrician and the work he was doing. I was getting ready to head back out to run errands. The cleaning itself was subpar. I was out running errands the last hour they were there so when I got back and they were sitting on the porch waiting for me I felt really bad! Luckily they were only out there for a couple of minutes. I went in to check out the house which sadly had me disappointed. The floors didn't look like they had been mopped, the glass on the back doors weren't cleaned at all. The windows in the living room weren't clean. I tell them and they get back to work. I go back in to look at the house again after they were done and some of the windows still weren't clean! There were also some areas on the floor that looked like it still wasn't touched. So I tell them again. The upper parts of the window still weren't clean and the glass on the door weren't as clean but at that point I was over it and told them it was fine. I ended up cleaning it myself. I won't be using them again.

The people before us had not completed many of the spring cleaning type of activities plus we did some remodeling, so need less to say we knew it wasn't going to be a normal cleaning. I told them over the phone the situation and the said that will be fine but it will be extra $25. When the cleaning crew(2 of them didn't speak a word of English) showed up I walked them through the house pointing out each and every area I wanted cleaned. Once we reviewed the house they asked for $150 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I called the company and they said the charge would be $250 based on my specifications. I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Once I came back from work and saw what was completed I called the company immediately complained. Jessica picked up the phone and told me to send pictures of what was not cleaned. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. I wasn't even seeking.a refund just wanted the job I paid for to be completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Buyer beware! Graceful Maids is a mess of a house cleaning…read morecompany. They trashed my brand new cooktop that was less than three months old and my new kitchen sinks that were only six months old after a full kitchen renovation. Whichever of the three ladies that cleaned my kitchen TRASHED my cooktop and double sinks by using a scrubber that left both items completely scratched. I don't even use one of those sinks. It's my drying sink. Deep scratches everywhere. I'm just glad she didn't bother to clean the the fridge doors, dishwasher and microwave. Thank god! She would have killed those too! But listen...I can't prove it. I dont have cameras. So I can just live with the damage or re-buy $1800 worth of new kitchen items. They offered me a free cleaning...hard pass! Stay out of my house!
