He gave a fair offer, but in my opinion, it was $50,000 under what I was wanting for my lowest offer. I did take into account the war with Iran just started and 2 houses in the neighborhood dropped out of escrow cuz seller did not want to lose $80K. Also the rising gas prices was also a factor. Why would anyone want to sell their house at this time of crises? So I decided to take Seller's Advantage's offer. From signing papers till our final move out, all went well and Seller's Advantage kept us up to date with what needed to be signed and move forward. Also the escrow company they work with were helpful and making sure we knew how our sale was coming along. I also liked that with Seller's Advantage there are not closing cost, realtor commission, home inspection, etc; and having to clear out things that we did not want to bring along to our new place. I would recommend Seller's Advantage(S.A.) Orange County if you are looking to sell your house faster than with a traditional realtor without all the fees and hassles that goes with that.
