Little Mexican man refused and just drove away. When I called them, the rude woman said "Call Someone Else". I was flabbergasted. This company is probably some type of SCAM (gov contracts) where they take everything to their yard. They don't really want point A to point B tow jobs. Now I'm concerned that they have my address!

He busted my windshield in a burst of anger and hit the windshield with his wrench. My doors do not close completely and rain gets inside. My hood no longer lines up correctly and has gaps. The paint does not match the original color. He damaged a door I had supplied to replace the damaged one and he had to buy another one himself to replace the one I had brought him. He damaged sensors and wires etc so that now I can't use my key fob to lock or unlock the doors. Have to lock each door by hand then use a key to unlock the main door then go around from inside and open each door manually. i went and filed a case against him in civil court To try and get some of the $6000 I paid him. Anytime I would ask him about the repairs or when I would be getting my vehicle back he would become very enraged and angry and more than once he put my vehicle outside in front of his shop with the doors off and put all the doors and other parts outside by the road and told me to come haul it off. This guy is beyond unprofessional and can be intimidating and scary. I was afraid he would do something to my vehicle and I would never get it back. He kept demanding more money to finish my vehicle. He let it sit for 9 months at his shop in pieces and parts so that I had no way to get it because it was not drivable. This was one of the scariest experiences I've ever had

So we made arrangements to borrow cash from his grandmother, but then the driver said he couldn't follow him to her house so my son was going to have to meet him later and bring him the cash--and by the way the price went up $50 for my son to bring him the money!!!!!! terrible service. I parked my car at 12:30 on the Free at Last Bail Bonds lot, which was closed. When I left the funeral at 3:30, I returned to the vehicle to witness my sister being harassed by your employee, Joe. This man threatened to take pics of my tags, and demanded 75 dollars to prevent towing. He tried to coerce money from me but no other drivers that parked on the lot. I guess because they were male. Joe initially said that he was called there by a Mrs. Harris. Later said he was called there by a Mrs. Smith. No LRPD were called to the site. After demanding my $100 back, he said my tags would be turned in to the LRPD and I'd receive a fine. I called the LRPD. A chief with the LRPD informed me that there is NO LAW in which a tow truck company can turn in ANY tags for tickets. It's up to the owners to call the authorities to have a vehicle towed. If you look on FB for Free at Last Bail Bonds, the owner replied and said that NO ONE was at the business, as it was closed for the day. The business was aware of the funeral and had no issues with people parking there. All of this to say that Joe is a liar, cheater, deceiver, and lacks empathy and ethics, and has no business working for you or anyone else. Be careful, because this man is a liability to your company. You better fix your employee ethics issue. FAST.
