Of course, I could not get it all up as I didn't have the right tools, the strength, or the time. So I was told that a small amount would be taken off my bill. This did not happen. In fact, when I pressed the owner about that point, I was told that I was "really cooking his grits". I'm not a violent person, but the condescension in that statement alone made me want to throat punch the man (Neil). He then expected full payment despite the fact that finishing work (quarter round) had not been completed. He said that was "guaranteed work". The trust was gone so I did not pay it then. 2 weeks later, the "guaranteed work" was finally complete. I paid the bill in its entirety just to be done with this particular company. Never again.
