May is very caring, empathetic and accommodating. I got the mesh topper plus extensions because I had a bout of anemia and iron deficiency that caused my hair to fall out. I'm in the process of growing my hair out again, but right now, it's still pretty thin. Because I'm in the process of regrowing my hair, I'm experimenting with different topical natural remedies. May worked extensively with me to make sure I could continue using the natural remedies while having the extensions in. May picked out the perfect color for the extensions that complimented my complexion. The mesh topper is very comfortable and light weight, and the scalp on the mesh topper looks very real, I can't even tell that it's not my real scalp. The texture of the hair extensions is very soft. My extensions looks good when it's wet, I wake up with hair that already has volume and body everyday without me having to do anything to it. I just brush it and am out the door and my hair looks great all day without any hairspray or hair products. My hair is actually less maintenance now with extensions than before I got the extensions. May was amazing, she went above and beyond expectations! I normally go to my salon in NYC but I was in Maryland visiting family and I wanted a new look. My issue was I cut my own bangs too short (oops) and I wanted a new color from my virgin hair but didn't know what color.
